Stand on Liquid Reviews

I ordered from standonliquid.com and the board itself was fine, so no major complaints there. But trying to get help with my order ended up being way more effort than I expected.

I emailed them about a small issue and had to wait a few days just to get a response. When they finally replied, it felt rushed and didn’t really answer my question, so I was left having to follow up and explain it again, which was annoying.

They’re not the worst company I’ve dealt with, but the customer service definitely needs work. For what I paid, I didn’t think I’d have to put in that much effort just to get a basic answer.

The shipping was slow and it got kinda Annoying waiting around for it

Maybe it’s just me, but this didn’t feel as durable as I was hoping. It seemed okay at first, but after using it for a bit, I got the impression it wasn’t going to hold up as well as I expected...

This thing worked fine sometimes, but other times it just did whatever it wanted. I ended up sending it back under warranty, and the refund process took way longer than I expected. Frustrating experience overall.

I was expecting better. The board felt cheap right out of the box, and it started getting scratched up way faster than it should have. For what I paid, I don’t think this is acceptable, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or resolution.

I took this board out a handful of times and it just never felt right on the water. Even when it was calm, it was wobbly, slow, and annoying to keep straight. I’ve used paddle boards before, so it wasn’t like I was just figuring it out. It felt kind of cheap once I was actually on it. And of course, trying to deal with support felt like getting stuck in some automated loop instead of talking to an actual person, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I’ll admit I was mostly focused on the main item and didn’t pay a ton of attention to the accessory at first, but once I started using it, the cheap feel was hard to miss. It didn’t last very long either, which was frustrating considering the price. I expected it to hold up better...

Getting this set up was a real headache. The instructions were confusing, it took me way longer than expected, and when I reached out to support, they didn’t really make things any easier. In the end, I did get through it, but personally, I wouldn’t want to deal with this setup process again.

I don’t feel like this was worth the money. The quality was just okay, average overall, and for the price I expected a lot more. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change after the fact, which just made the whole experience feel frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Checking out was easy and I didn’t have any real issues there. The shipping updates seemed to come in a bit late, though I’m not totally sure if that was on the store or the carrier. Overall it was okay, just not the fastest experience
